Basic salary:
20,800-25,500 plus monthly bonus incentives up to 600 per month.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our client, providing outstanding service to policyholders across the country. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with insurance policy-related inquiries.
Providing accurate information, guidance, and support on various insurance products and services.
Assisting with policy amendments.
Resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and company policies.
Ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented in the system.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to navigate through various software.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry (not mandatory).
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Hours:
Mon-Fri:
shifts between 08:30am & 19:00pm
Early Shift:
08:30am - 16:50pm
Late Shift:
10:50am-19:00pm
Every other weekend you will be required to work one of the days either the Saturday 9am -5pm or the Sunday 10am-5pm.
