As our membership grows, we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven Customer Service Agent to join our small team. If you're a self-starter who is all about putting people first and creating unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you!

The Role :



As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be at the heart of delivering fantastic service to our 40,000 members. Whether you're handling enquiries via online chat, phone or email, your calm and professional approach will ensure every interaction is a positive one. In this fast-paced environment, no two days (or nights) are the same - and that's just how we like it!

We believe in supporting our team to grow, so you'll be given all the training and tools you need to succeed. Full training is provided before moving onto the regular schedule of the Customer Service Team.

Your Responsibilities :



Keep customer service standards sky-high, calmly handling any issues that come your way. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone in a friendly, professional and brand-reflecting manner. Tackle customer complaints with confidence and turn challenges into solutions. Handle membership processing and general admin tasks. Embrace variety - Co Wheels is always growing therefore your duties may vary into other areas of the business on occasion.

What We're Looking For :



Previous experience in customer service (Call Centre environment a bonus). Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and Co Wheels members alike. A flexible approach to work shifts to meet the needs of the business (we'll give you plenty of notice !). A tech-savvy mindset - comfortable using various software programs and the Co Wheels App. A passion for delivering great customer experiences. We are a small team and expect a hands on approach with everyone chipping in and helping each other out
