Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer issues effectively
Deliver excellent customer experiences by listening, empathizing, and problem-solving
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement
Support the business as it grows by contributing ideas and taking on new challenges
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not essential--training will be provided
Willingness to grow with the company and take on opportunities as they arise
