Contract type: To 27th February 2025 minimum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7.
9.00am - 17.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch Mon-Fri. If Contract extended and once fully trained, 1 weekend day and 4 week days.

Introduction:
Due to Team Expansion we are seeking individuals to join our prestigious account based on Chilton Industrial Estate in Sudbury.
In this role you will personally deliver an excellent level of service and response to every contact from our clients' customers. All issues/queries need to be investigated and resolved within agreed turnaround times, providing high quality written responses via email and letters. The aim is to ensure that all customers who contact the team are delighted by the service provided and the customer experiences a level of service that projects a positive image of the client's business overall.
Skills/experience required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good IT literacy skills
Able to work under pressure meeting quality and productivity targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer care
Put the customer first and take personal responsibility to resolve customer queries seeking advice where appropriate
Ability to handle large volumes of electronic communications with high levels of accuracy, excellent grammar and punctuation
To be able to make decisions quickly and confidently
