U Drive Cover Limited are expanding and we are currently looking for an Customer Services agents to join our team. We have big plans for the future and our employees play a vital part in this - we want to become a leading insurance broker.

Please see below a brief description of the job:

Answer enquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies. Ensure all enquiries are explored in accordance with legislation, regulations and customer care standards. Complete necessary processes and document these to ensure enquiries for service areas are accurately recorded. Responsible for dealing with potential customer complaints and ensuring they are handled appropriately. Use IT systems to record details of actions taken and services provided.
Although not essential, the ideal candidate may have:

Experience in a similar role. Good verbal and written skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
