Clydebank Taxis Ltd are recruiting a Customer Service Agent / Telephonist on a permanent, office based contract in Clydebank.

Clydebank Taxis Ltd has been providing taxi services to the general public of Clydebank for over 45 years. The ethos of the company is to provide and maintain excellent service standards for drivers and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a busy working environment. This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, as is keyboard skills. What is vital is your dedication and passion when it comes to assisting customers. You will need to be a people person, with excellent listening and communication skills. The position operates on a shift based pattern including weekends.
