We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to join our fantastic Service Control team as Customer Service Operators. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - the person they speak to when they need support, reassurance, and a trusted helping hand.

What will you be doing?

You'll be handling incoming calls from our customers, logging service requests with accuracy, updating our internal CRM systems, and making sure the right information reaches the right team quickly and clearly. You'll follow up on issues, keep customers informed, and ensure that every interaction feels helpful, professional, and valued.

The role:

This is a part-time position (15 hours per week), working 9am - 5pm on either:
Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday
There is also potential for additional shifts to support the wider team as needed.

What we're looking for:

A professional, warm telephone manner
Great listening and clear communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confidence using basic software like Outlook, Excel and Word
A calm, friendly approach to customer service
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus - but not essential
