Location:

Gogarburn, Edinburgh (just 1 day a week in the office!)

Pay:

13.75/hour, paid weekly

Hours:

35 per week, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm

Contract:

12 months, with potential for extension

What you'll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for customer and stakeholder queries -- delivering timely, accurate responses Investigate and process transactions with precision, ensuring top-tier service and compliance Collaborate on initiatives to improve customer experience and streamline operations Identify opportunities to automate or enhance processes -- your ideas will help shape the future of service delivery

Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with contact centre operations and performance metrics
