About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Customer Service & Dispatch Administrator
to join our fast-paced dispatch and goods-in office. This is a vital role supporting both our logistics and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating invoices and preparing delivery documentation
Handling returns documentation from drivers
Performing goods-in clerical duties
Processing customer orders accurately
Verifying and controlling stock levels
Liaising with customer service teams regarding stock issues
Providing dispatch clerical support
Managing driver documentation
Receiving and processing delivery paperwork
What We're Looking For:
Someone that lives locally
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Previous experience in administrative or logistics roles (preferred)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer systems and documentation handling
