Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service & Dessert Specialist to join our team at Chick role involves providing excellent customer service while also preparing delicious desserts like milkshakes, waffles, and more. You will be responsible for taking and packing orders, handling payments, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring smooth stock rotation. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

Take orders in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.

Pack and prepare food orders for delivery and takeaway.

Make desserts, including milkshakes, waffles, and other sweet treats.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Process payments using card machines and other payment methods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dessert preparation and customer service areas.

Assist with stock rotation, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.

Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic knowledge of handling cash and card payments.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
