Join Our Team in Knutsford!

We're a growing business looking for a proactive and organised

Customer Service and Fulfilment Assistant

to support our online order operations. Based at our Knutsford office, you'll ensure customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the level of care we're known for.

This is a hands-on role that mixes fulfilment and customer care -- perfect for someone who's confident with customers and highly organised.

Don't worry if you haven't done this exact job before -- training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders quickly and accurately. Support in receiving and organising all incoming e-commerce stock. Customer communications via email, phone and live chat. Maintain a clean, safe and organised environment. Support with courier queries and cases. Proactively resolve delivery issues, returns, and exchanges. Co-ordinate with store and buying teams on stock availability and cross-channel fulfilment. Support regular and ad-hoc stock checks and reconciliations.

What We're Looking For:

A people person with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided) Proactive, reliable, and a team player Experience with Shopify and Shiptheory preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
