Customer Service and Logistics Executive

Location: Cannock, Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time Hours
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in managing customer relationships and logistics operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer queries and calls.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing clear communication on progress.
• Process and manage sales orders while keeping customers informed.
• Coordinate delivery of goods with freight partners and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
• Maintain daily reports including open orders, order fulfilment, returns, and NCRs.
• Manage returns and quarantine stock processing, collaborating with Warehouses and Procurement.
• Process equipment serial numbers and coordinate machinery repairs between engineers and customers.
• Attend Senior Management Team meetings as required to provide customer service insights.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of internally managed customers.
• Support the wider team with procurement, sales, and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small, vibrant team.
• Previous experience in customer service or freight/logistics management is desirable.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems.
