The Role



Join NoblePro, a growing fitness equipment company serving runners across the UK and EU. We are looking for a part time, remote Customer Service and Office Administrator to deliver outstanding support and keep our small, friendly team running smoothly. The role offers independence, flexibility, and the chance to grow with the business, with full training provided on our treadmill products.

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer enquiries by email, telephone and online chat for the United Kingdom and the European Union, providing clear, professional and timely responses. Troubleshoot product questions and basic technical issues and coordinate escalations where required. Carry out core administration including order processing, returns and warranty coordination, scheduling and accurate record keeping. Maintain tidy and up to date systems, including CRM or helpdesk tickets, spreadsheets and shared drives. Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure orders and replacements move smoothly. Identify issues early, resolve them independently where appropriate, and suggest improvements to processes, FAQs and tools.

What You Will Bring



Excellent computer skills are essential. You are confident with email and chat platforms, shared drives and Excel or Google Sheets, and you learn new systems quickly. Clear, empathetic communication and a customer first approach. Comfort working in a small business where priorities can change and tasks may vary. Proactive, organised and resourceful, with the ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service or office administration is preferred but not essential. German language skills are an advantage, as you will support both European and United Kingdom customers. An understanding of good data practices, including basic GDPR awareness.

Pay: 18,315.00-28,720.08 per year
