Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Customer Service and Pop-Up Event Sales Crew. This role is ideal for those with a sports-minded attitude, a strong sense of team spirit, and a desire to create positive change through meaningful conversations with the public.

Role Overview



As part of their frontline team, you will represent a nationally respected charity across a variety of high-traffic locations -- including retail centres, events, and community pop-ups. Your objective will be to raise awareness, engage with members of the public, and encourage long-term support through direct sign-ups.

Engage with the Public:

Initiate professional and friendly face-to-face conversations with members of the public in a variety of settings.

Promote the Cause:

Clearly and effectively communicate the charity's mission, values, and real-world impact.

Drive Support:

Inspire individuals to become regular contributors through confident, ethical, and empathetic engagement.

Achieve Performance Goals:

Meet and exceed set targets, with full transparency and support from management.

Maintain Standards:

Represent the charity with integrity and uphold all guidelines around responsible fundraising and public engagement.

Candidate Profile
