Retail Support Coordinator

to support our store teams and act as the vital link among our retail operations, installation team and customers.

About the Role



Customer Service:

Ensuring that the wow factor customer service we offer in store continues seamlessly through the delivery and after-care. We must let the customer see how much we do care.

Order Management:

Ensuring order accuracy and keeping the customer informed of any changes. By getting it right first time we reduce noise and confusion for us and for our customers.

Back-office administration:

Creating & sanity checking back-office reports, stock management and accounts system clean up. There are processes to follow. Where there aren't, you can create them!
You will liaise with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. By helping resolve issues efficiently and professionally, this will keep our customers happy and company operations running smoothly.

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, from scheduling and admin tasks to problem-solving and client liaison, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

This role is 40 hours per week, normally Mon-Fri. 30 days holiday per year. You will be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh store (your choice) and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Assist clients via telephone and email to resolve any issues. Primary contact for ongoing support for customers after delivery. Communicate with customers with updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues. Resolve after-sales issues, preventing complaints escalating. Handle client concerns with empathy and care. Advocate for customers within the Brand. Work with management to identify process improvements to enhance our client experience.

Order Management



You will be the 'safety net' for order accuracy, collecting customer balances and install instructions. Support the accuracy of the installation diary. Track orders are on time and rebook with customers if required.

Back Office Admin



Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal communications. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our retail teams Act as the main contact between departments. Support the accuracy of both store's accounting systems. Assist with any other general office and stock control duties.

About You



2+ years of experience in retail administration, coordination, or customer support, preferably with a premium brand. High organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. Their success is your success. A confident communicator to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients. Able to multi-task. Proactive, adaptable, and able to find solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt and learn. No one knows it all, so be willing to ask for help. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. An appreciation for great design is a plus!
