Your Role as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant:
As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of respected and recognisable brands, interacting with customers in a variety of in-person environments. These may include retail locations, trade events, or promotional stands in local venues. Your focus will be on understanding the needs of each individual, offering tailored advice, and ultimately helping them make informed purchase decisions.
From learning how to pitch products effectively, to building trust and maintaining rapport, this role offers a range of opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
Your Day-to-Day:
Meeting and speaking with customers to promote products and services
Building long-term customer relationships based on honesty and trust
Understanding customer preferences and tailoring your approach accordingly
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Sharing customer feedback with managers to improve service and strategy
Ideal Candidate:
The right candidate will be naturally approachable, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. While previous experience in retail or sales is helpful, it is not required - what matters most is a willingness to grow, a professional attitude, and a proactive mindset.
