We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Assistant with strong administration skills to join our team.
About the role:
Support and work closely with the sales team. Qualify leads, plan appointments, follow ups.
Support for the sales team including qualifying leads for the internet and phones, planning appointments, follow up calls after survey.
First point of contact for the customer calling or emailing in.
Handle customer enquiries efficiently keeping them informed until conclusion.
Process card payments via online portal for new sales and completed jobs.
Handle complaints in a professional, efficient manner
Support the marketing function in obtaining customer reviews
Gather and maintain customer information in accordance to company requirements and policy
Skills:
Min 2 years experience in a similar sales admin / customer service role
Strong and emphatic communication skills written and verbal at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn and retain information relevent to the role
Multi Tasking in what is sometimes a fast pace environment
Good general office administration skills
Ability to listen, gather and relay correct information
Excellent computer skills - microsoft office, team share,
