Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the Role:
As a key member of our contact centre team, you'll guide customers from their initial enquiry through to post-travel support. From helping customers plan unforgettable trips to resolving queries with empathy and efficiency, you'll be the friendly expert our guests rely on throughout their journey. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, working across inbound sales, outbound follow-ups, concierge requests, and in-travel assistance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Convert inbound enquiries into bookings via phone, email, and live chat.
Build trusted relationships with guests and agents through excellent service and tailored advice.
Proactively follow up on leads and group bookings.
Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Keep systems updated with accurate information and follow up on all leads within KPIs.
Manage post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and complaints.
Coordinate travel documents and ensure all holiday components are confirmed and dispatched accurately.
Handle concierge and last-minute booking requests with professionalism.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and fast resolution of guest issues.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or service role (travel/tourism experience a plus!)
Confident, articulate communicator--both written and verbal.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Target-driven with a passion for providing top-tier service.
Comfortable using CRM/booking systems and collaborating across departments.
