A great opportunity to join the Wellington Omoda and Jaecoo team.

We are looking for a customer service and sales representative to work within the service department and amongst the sales team

Required skills

Ability to work well within a team Excellent communication and strong customer service skills Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer retention Excellent organisation and the ability to work well within deadlines Communicate well with the workshop and to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time Ability to upsell retention products and additional work

Experience:

No experience necessary, training will be given to the successful candidate

Experience in using Keyloop is advantageous

Strong communication and customer service skills are key
