Browns Food group has an exciting new opportunity at our site in Irvine for a Sales and Service Support Operative

We are recruiting individuals to join our telesales team based in Irvine. You will train with the team learning the role and about our range of products and customers. You will learn from our experienced sales team on how to have effective and engaging conversations to grow opportunities and build strong relationships with our customers.

Duties will include customer order processing and delivering excellent customer service to grow sales.

Role Description



Telesales



Actively call a set and defined customer base. Order processing Identify customer and product opportunities. Upsell to customers, selling new/additional lines to meet customer needs and increase sales.

Customer Service



Take ownership of helping your customers grown their business. Regular contact, targeting products that will deliver customer requirements. Deliver order processing accuracy. Follow up on leads and issues. Keep customers informed of new product launches and promotions. Update Customer call files ensuring the customer information is accurate and up to date with identified opportunities

Communications



Working with wider sales team to ensure strong channels of communication Liaise internally with despatch, operations and transport to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.

Telesales



-Processing of customer orders

-Orders all complete and accurate as per call files

Selling



- Upselling customer orders

- Increase average sales.

- New prospect business

- Maintain a solid level of product knowledge focussing on features and benefits.

Hours of work

8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday,

8.30am - 4pm Friday

35 core hours

Overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
