Your Role

Work closely with customers to deliver the best service within given timeframes. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, proactively communicating any changes or delays. Liaise regularly via phone and email with partners, customers, departments, and suppliers. Handle general administrative tasks including order entry and customs documentation. Support the team with additional duties as needed. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

What Training Will the Apprentice Receive?

Completion of a

Level 3 Customer Service

qualification. Functional skills in

maths and English

, if required. A blend of

on-the-job and off-the-job training

, with the location and schedule to be confirmed. Opportunity for

rotation through other departments

to gain broader experience.

What We're Looking For

Some familiarity with computer programs such as MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is helpful but not essential. An organised, methodical approach to your work. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner both in person and on the phone. Proactive and clear communicator.
