Description



Responsible for the day-to-day Office operation and maintaining excellent customer service standards.



Delivering good quality day-to-day customer service and assist with the operating facility of the business.

Dealing with Customers in person, via email and on the telephone. Dealing with Cash and Card Payments. Maintaining a Clean and Safe work environment. Taking bookings - walk ins and over the telephone. Ensuring all consumables (socks, wristbands) are stocked. Knowledge of Allergens and Product Ingredients. Liaising with other team members to assist in the smooth operation of the business. Conducting Safety Briefings. Knowledge of Products and availability. Be active throughout the business hours, supporting the supervisor/manager where required to deliver the best guest experience possible and promote the Infinite Air brand.

Entry requirements



4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and maths or Functional Skills Level 1



Training to be provided



Receptionists take responsibility for their:
