, we're looking for a

Customer Service Arcade Attendant

to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As a Customer Service Arcade Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of fun! You'll support guests with arcade machines, assist with prize retrievals, and ensure the arcade and surrounding areas are clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You will support the Company's mission and objectives through compliance to Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with arcade machines and prize redemptions. Respond to general guest queries with a helpful and positive attitude. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the Club and Piazza areas. Collect glasses and ensure public areas remain tidy and safe. Support the Beach Hut team with food deliveries across the site when needed. Provide excellent customer service across departments as required.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to different tasks and departments. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Hours and Rate of Pay

Average of 25 hours per week over 5 days. 12.25 per hour. Contract end date 30th September 2025.

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Arcade and Gaming Environment: 1 year (preferred)
