Job Description

This is not your average customer service role, this role will require both inbound and outbound calls to customers and business assisting with their enquiries. The role is working within a fantastic supportive team with excellent progression opportunities.

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure delivery time lines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the company database.
  • Provide product information and support to customers as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for better service delivery.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

A successful Customer Service professional should have:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
