We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Assistant to work at
Shell Brundall
. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and merchandising shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency English is highly desirable, along with experience in data entry and upselling techniques.
Welcoming and greeting customers, providing great customer service, keeping the shop looking good, maintaining a fully stocked shop, managing point of sale processes, product knowledge.
work well under pressure with and without supervision as we lone work at certain times of the day and night.
must be flexible over the week various shift patterns including night shifts we are a 24 hour garage.
also must be available to cover sickness and holiday cover.

Full training given to the right candidate but must have a great personality with good customer service
