Customer Service Assistant

Overview

As a Customer Service Assistant at SCEND, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting their day-to-day fulfilment needs. You'll work closely with our warehouse and operations team to ensure issues are resolved quickly and communication remains clear and proactive.

Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat Accurately enter and update customer data within our systems Provide detailed product or service information to assist customers in making informed decisions Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and sales potential Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share best practices Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery

Skills

1+ year in a customer support or logistics environment (ecommerce ideal) Confident communicator - written and verbal Organised and detail-oriented, especially under pressure Comfortable using fulfilment systems and spreadsheets Positive, solutions-focused mindset Team player who enjoys working in a growing, collaborative company
