About the Role



You'll be joining our driven but easy-going, small team. As our Customer Service Assistant, your role will be centred around providing

exceptional customer care

- you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.

From answering phone calls and emails, to helping customers with their accounts, processing payments, and following up with overdue balances -- you'll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly.You'll also play a part in welcoming new customers, booking surveys, and turning enquiries into happy, long-term clients.

Our ideal candidate will relish being on the end of the phone as much as possible to delight our customers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport quickly, and solving customer requests with care. You'll work closely with the rest of our small team -- from our technicians out on lawns to our operations and management staff -- to make sure every customer receives the level of service we're proud of.

Previous experience in an over the phone-based customer service role, as well as experience of various CRM systems (including but not limited to MailChimp and Xero), is desirable.

Whereas turf care or horticulture knowledge / experience would be advantageous, the successful candidate will be, above all else, a quick learner and soon able to adopt our passion for fantastic lawns!

Salary & Hours



We are open to offering either a full-time (40 hour) contracted role, or a role for 32 hours per week with a salary offering on a pro-rata basis. The salary for this role is

25,400 (27,000 OTE)
