The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Customer Services Assistant
to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in maintaining Francis Dinsmore's reputation for exceptional client relations, acting as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and effective resolution of customer inquiries, contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all customer communications (phone, email), providing prompt and professional support.
Process orders accurately, from entry to delivery, and manage customer accounts.
Proactively communicate order updates, delays, and delivery schedules.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders.
Support the sales team with quotes, product information, and samples.
We're Looking For:
2+ years in customer service, ideally in manufacturing or B2B.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new systems (CRM, order processing).
Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer focus.
Team player.
