Key Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and project execution across multiple campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign strategies, identifying key customer needs and preferences. Manage and track customer feedback, ensuring it is relayed to the team for continuous improvement. Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows, keeping projects on track and within deadlines. Play a vital role in the success of each campaign, ensuring clients' expectations are met and exceeded.

What We're Looking For:



Strong communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts and projects at once. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Interest or experience in working across various industries and adapting to different client needs.
