As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our prize winners and customers. This includes contacting winners, handling enquiries, coordinating prize deliveries, and providing general administrative support. We're looking for an organised, confident team player with a strong customer-first mindset and flexibility to work weekends and rotational bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prize winners and guide them through the prize-claiming process
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prize deliveries
Organise and send customer documentation, ensuring correct filing
Coordinate prize deliveries efficiently and on time
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Provide general office and administrative support as required
Participate in photos and videos to promote prize winners and the brand
Key Requirements
Customer service experience preferred (not essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
Comfortable being on camera for promotional content
Flexible availability, including weekends and rotational bank holidays

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability required
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00-14:00
