What you'll bring to the team:
We're on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join our team at our central Gateway Call Centre based in Chertsey, Surrey. Although this role is not a remote role, after your probationary period, hybrid working may be available.
Please be aware that this role is not part of Thorpe Park Resort and is based in a contact centre next door to the theme park!

Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing guests, via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email). Every guest is different, so you'll identify each guests' individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a first response resolution.
You must be reasonably located to commute to Chertsey. This is a seasonal role, contracted until the end of November with the possibility of becoming permanent. Full-time (32.5) hours offered, from 0900 - 16:30. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this may include occasional weekends and bank holidays as required.
