Job Overview


We are seeking a junior Customer Service Assistant to join and be part of our customer service team. No experience is required, however, knowledge is beneficial.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support to other areas of the business.

This role includes the core duties listed in the job specification, but may also involve additional responsibilities as required by the business to support its operational needs and growth. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities



Daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers. Supporting all areas of the business with administrative tasks where required.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role is beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
