As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the face of ALL TILES LTD. Your main job will be helping customers - whether that's answering questions, processing orders, or pointing them in the right direction. Full training is provided, so don't worry if you've never done this type of work before.
What You'll Do
Greet customers in person, over the phone, or online
Handle enquiries, take orders, and support the sales team
Keep records up to date (we'll show you how)
Support day-to-day office or warehouse tasks as needed
Be a helpful and positive part of the team
No Experience? No Problem.
