You will be working with a unique attraction known as Upside Down House. An inverted home that provides customers with a zero gravity effect. It is necessary that the successor has a proactive attitude and is happy to be in photos and videos. With the possibility of a permanent role in the future, we are looking for full time and part time individuals that are

Responsibilities and Duties

Taking card payments Managing customers inside the attraction, ensuring that the props are not tampered with Crowd control, making sure customers queue in one line Dealing with queries and providing sufficient information surrounding the attraction Explaining rules and instructions to customers Ensuring that customers are not intoxicated and are not under the influence of illegal substances Opening and closing of the house at the beginning and end of the day Other ad hoc activities

Skills

It is important that the candidate is happy to work as self-employed.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to control large crowds and queues Previous customer service experience
