We're looking for enthusiastic staff to join our adult gaming centre team. As a member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and ensure our premises and facilities are running smoothly.
Duties
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the till.
Maintain a clean and organised environment
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products or services.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Requirements
Basic maths skills for accurate transaction processing.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently.
Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is an advantage but not essential.
A friendly disposition with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
