The Job:



The Customer Service Centre is at the front end of our services providing the first point of contact for the majority of our residents' queries. We firmly believe this provides a better, more responsive service to the public.

You should be customer focused and want to help with the continual development of this busy Centre.

During initial training, you will learn all aspects of the services offered to our residents of Cherwell, delivering face-to-face support at our busy reception. Duties will also include admin tasks such as e-mails, web chat, written and phone correspondence. As your knowledge increases you will also learn post and scanning duties.

The Person

:

You will be well organised, and have a positive, 'can do' attitude. Previous face to face customer service experience is essential along with good communication skills and a good sense of humour. To succeed in this challenging role, you must be flexible and able to demonstrate the skills necessary to work under pressure within a team environment.



You will be required to work at Castle Quay, Banbury.

This role will require a Basic DBS Check.
