As a Customer Service Representative at Select Blinds, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Located in Central Scotland, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service, helping clients transform their spaces with our high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and email.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle upselling opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
