THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE

BOCS Self Storage Ltd. is a busy storage business in Mochdre. We are looking to strengthen our team by appointing a part time Customer Services Assistant.

The position is to carry out the day-to-day operations as part of a team. You will work with colleagues on site and occasionally on your own looking after the operation.

This is a part-time role with minimum contracted hours of 8 per week, one day of 8 hours. Additionally you should be able to work Saturdays (1 in 3) for 6 hours, and also have some flexibility to cover holidays for other members of staff.

The person

We're looking for someone who is personable, patient, numerate and with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be very reliable, honest and dependable. We're looking for candidates with the maturity and personality to fit in easily with a small, hardworking and close-knit team. Candidates should also have a natural ability for engaging with confidence and assurance on the telephone, on email and in person with every type of customer. Many of our customers rely on us to take the stress out of big events in their lives, such as moving house and changing circumstances, so empathy and patience and good listening skills are key attributes in the role. We are a bilingual business and would welcome applications from candidates who speak Welsh or who are learning Welsh.

Essential skills needed -

Excellent telephone manner

Good written communication

Computer knowledge, accurate computer work and keyboard skills

Customer service experience

Cleaning to a high standard

Full training will be provided and no prior sector specific experience required.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
