Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Skills
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Ability to analyse information and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous.
