Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our Property & Housing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance related to their property needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our property services and offerings.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Process customer requests, such as bookings, payments, and service changes, accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including property management and maintenance, to address customer needs and facilitate resolutions.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate records and continuity of service.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve our processes and services.
Assist in organizing and participating in property viewings and events when required.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the property and housing sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple customer requests effectively.
A basic understanding of property management principles is a plus.
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours if required, such as during property viewings or community events.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in property management or housing, is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications in customer service or property management are advantageous but not required.
