Primary Objectives:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to assume higher responsibilities over time.
Provide coverage for team roles during absences, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries and general email correspondence.
Assist customers through the ordering process, offering guidance and advice in person and over the phone.
Manage order updates, enquiries, and general office administration tasks.
Collaborate with the team on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
Working Hours:
Standard working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week. Saturday working is required and will be discussed and commence upon the completion of training.
