Customer service assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Customer interaction:
Provide professional and friendly assistance to patients via digital platforms and telephone.
Team collaboration:
Work closely with pharmacists and colleagues to uphold high standards of patient care.
Providing product and service information:
Answer patient queries about treatments offered and the ordering process.
Administrative tasks:
Processing cancellations and refunds efficiently while maintaining communication with patients.
What We're Looking For:
Strong IT skills (experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word required)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and customer-focused mindset
Written and verbal communication skills are preferred, but sufficient training will also be provided
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
