Customer Service Assistant betting office Doncaster DN1:
Responsibilities include ensuring a great customer experience, and developing effective relationships with regular customers.
Responsible for shop operations including opening and closing procedures.
Taking and processing bets.
Keeping and maintaining shop presentation standards.
Supporting and delivering effective in-shop marketing.
Enforcing Social Responsibility duties.
Previous experience within the retail betting industry is beneficial, though a positive attitude is more important and training and knowledge can be given to the right candidate.
Calmness under pressure and an ability to prioritise are also important qualities, as is a team player ethos.
