Customer Service Assistant - SLOT LEISURE IN DUNDEE CITY CENTRE

The Position:

Our Customer Service Assistants are responsible for meeting, greeting, and providing customers with an exceptional level of service. You will be on hand to help by answering questions, demonstrating new machine products and ensuring we meet our compliance obligations as per the Gambling Commission's rules and regulations.

Full Training will be provided.

Hours, Days, and Shifts:

Full & Part-Time positions available in the evenings or nightshift.

Between 12-30 hours over 2-5 days

Shifts: 6pm - Midnight & Midnight - 6am

Your Duties:

As one of our Customer Service Assistants, your day-to-day activities will involve:

Handling cash and giving change Providing food and beverages to customers Promoting offers, events, and other bonuses in store Maintaining the appearance of the store Ensuring we follow all rules and procedures as prescribed by licensing and the Gambling Commission

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, customer-focused approach and a can-do attitude.

Our city centre store provides an arcade and slots entertainment experience by bringing the casino to the UK High Street. We operate the best gaming and amusement machines on the market with ongoing investment in the latest releases and technology. We are a 7 days a week business and as such the ideal candidate will need to

be flexible and adaptable.
