Their Nibs is a print led fashion brand, most well known for our ladies pyjamas. We have a website selling directly to customers and some wholesale business selling to well known high street retailers.

We are a small hardworking team-with the head office in London, and the packing and fulfilment team based in Edinburgh.

Job description

Skills Needed:

IT skills

good at composing emails, communicating with people

good phone manner

organized

physically able, packing orders and moving boxes

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with order enquiries such as tracking, shipping and return and exchange policies

Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and escalate any complex cases to the relevant person

Respond to all customer reviews on Feefo and Trustpilot

Efficiently process all customer returns and exchanges using the shopify platform

Daily admin tasks such as printing orders and shipping manifests

General housekeeping of the website, removing redundant listings, updating stockholdings etc.

Supporting the packing team during busy periods

Replenishing supplies required to keep the workplace running smoothly eg. stationary, toner, mailer sacks

We are a small team working hard to grow our beloved brand. We are looking for a part-time to help to cover the management of our online order fulfilment, the stock and our high quality customer communication.

We are looking for a highly organized person, who is a strong communicator, enjoys completing manual tasks and keeping on top of emails.

We are a friendly, casual fufillment space and work as a close knit team towards the common goal of growing our small business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
