Ensure our customers receive a high-quality experience on a daily basis and assisting management with admin duties efficiently,
The role...
Entering orders onto the system efficiently and in a timely manner.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
Running daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Entering quotes onto the system for sales teams.
Ensuring all documentation for international transport meets export regulations.
Working closely with other departments to provide the best customer experience.
The skills you will bring...
Customer Service experience of 2-3 years minimum.
The ability to be a strong team player and be able to work independently.
Excellent written and spoken English with a sound understanding of grammar.
Excellent Office Suite skills including Word and Excel.
Professional positive telephone manner.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to impromptu management requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
