Answering calls, logging notes, producing quotations, booking estimates and processing orders
Maintaining company data via CRM - updating customer information, diary management and team scheduling
Assisting with ordering supplies and overseeing the maintenance of company equipment
Supporting the site operatives.
We are a small but growing e-commerce business that sells our products online and throughout the UK in over 150 garden centres. We also have a team of operatives who carry out treatments for customers annually. The right candidate should be able to work without direction, show initiative and above all be a team player. The ability to interact well with both colleagues and customers is essential to this role.
Essential Criteria
Some experience within a customer service or sales role
Some experience taking orders and converting sales
Proficient in Office 365
Excellent Organisational skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Working hours. Monday - Friday, 08.30am - 17.00pm / 09.00am - 17.30pm
Work from home allowed 2 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
