Attractive Pay: Starting from 12.21 per hour (dependent on age and experience) Additional Premium Pay: Time and a half for hours worked between 12am & 6 am Flexible Hours

Due to the location, having your own transport is essential. Please note this role requires availability for non-standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Shifts start at the airport at 2.30am and the late shift finishes at around10pm depending on departures.

As a Customer Service/Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Food and Beverage operations at Exeter Airport. Your main responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Assisting with food and beverage service, stock management, and opening/closing procedures Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, following a 'clean as you go' policy Ensuring compliance with Fire, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations Reporting any operational issues to the management team promptly
