3XD have positions available for a Customer Service Officer - a great role for someone seeking a career in customer services. The role is full time and office based.

Based in the heart of the picturesque Ribble Valley, 3XD are an award winning Insurance Provider offering a range of general insurance products to customers through financial intermediaries.

About You:

A customer service environment is preferred, Communication skills, including written and oral, Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, Ability to interact with colleagues and business contacts at all levels

The Day To Day:

Provide help and guidance to customers and financial intermediaries by telephone and email support. Administration tasks, including processing new / renewal business on our Household, Landlords (Buy-to-Let), and Mortgage Payment Protection policies. Contribute to the successful fulfilment of the company's long-term plans. Perform additional or other duties not within the scope of the role.
