About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic

Retail Customer Service Assistant

to join our team at Price Crushers. You'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their enquiries Maintain a clean and tidy store environment Operate tills, handle transactions, and process returns Replenish stock and ensure product displays are neat and full Work as part of a team to meet sales and service targets Handle customer complaints in a professional manner Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies

About You:

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as required
